We aim at making your shopping experience fun and simple and successful, therefore we have made our shipping policy safe and quick and satisfactory to the client.

• Free Shipping: We provide free delivery service on all our products for any order whose value exceeds (30) Jordanian dinars.
• In the event that the order value is less than (30) Jordanian dinars, an amount of (3) Jordanian dinars will be added. Delivery fees within the capital Amman, and (5) dinars for the rest of the governorates.
• Shipping and delivery will be through the biggest shipping companies in the country
• The delivery period shall be within 48 working hours for all governorates in the Kingdom from the date of purchasing the product.
• Payment of the total order value will be to the shipping company as they deliver the order to you (Cash On Delivery).
• Customer service staff will call you prior to order shipping to confirm the order details with you.
• If the order reaches the customer’s address and the product matches the order and the order is not received, the customer must pay the delivery value
